Top reviews

This tome is immense, voluminous with 2460 pages of medical education and printed on quality glossy paper, all pages have color photographs, figures, illustrations and charts. But the book weighs- really- a whopping 11 lbs!
However, if you buy the book brand new, it supplies the buyer with an Enhanced ebook access online which enables the reader to access the book on all electronic media that has internet access anywhere, anytime. The only not-so-great part of the book is its lack of in-depth discussion and exploration of the comprehensive number of hematological malignancies, specifically Non Hodgkin Lymphomas and Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia – the material in Part 7 chapters covering NHL and CLL/SLL was not suitably sufficient for reading by a Hematology fellow, to be explicit. But overall, it is a well-appreciated traditional cyclopaedic medical take for the serious Hematology student or clinician.
