It can be used as a quick resource, but it also provides some background and aspects of pathophysiology, although the primary focus is on diagnosis and management. The references are relevant and up to date.

This is organized to be a practical and easily accessible reference for clinicians at every level. I really appreciate the section on the essentials of diagnosis and typical features in each chapter section. The book is well organized and presents the most important and clinically relevant information.

The figures and charts are adequate for clinicians and the references enable readers to learn more about each topic.

This must be the international version of this textbook. The seller does not make this apparent for this product. Pictures are not in color and must be for the student to learn. This should be blatantly stated.

Worst textbook I’ve ever read. Pictures are obviously old; pictures are in black and white; although the book is thorough, there are no bolded ‘key term’ or any way of knowing where the ‘focus’ or the ‘must-knows’ are.
